Professional Israel Process Service – Reliable Legal Document Delivery Nationwide
Our office provides professional Service of Process (המצאת כתבי בית דין) throughout Israel.
All legal documents are served by a licensed private investigator, in full compliance with the Israeli Civil Procedure Regulations (תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי).
Each service is documented by video, preserving the evidentiary chain, and the footage is attached to the investigator’s affidavit, duly notarized by an attorney.
The service of process is carried out strictly in accordance with Chapter 19 – Service of Documents of the Civil Procedure Regulations
